Ingredients

  • 1 bowl gram, 
  • 1 tablespoon oil, 
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 
  • salt to taste..



To prepared a fried gram, firstly boil the gram for 5-10 minutes then heat a pan, add a 1 tablespoon oil and put the gram in the pan then toas them till it becomes crispy and add a salt as per requirements and mix it well after that off the flame put red chilli powder and mix it well, our delicious fried gram are ready to eat, serve in a bowl and sprinkle few drops of lemon juice and enjoy the delight snacks...
