Restaurant Style Homemade Tasty Chinese Fried Rice


Fried rice





Ingredients: 



  • 500 gm boiled rice, 
  • 1 bunch chopped spring onions, 
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot, 
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum, 
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, 
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered black pepper, 
  • 11/2 tablespoons soya sauce, 
  • 1/2 tablespoon vinegar, 
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 
  • 1 tablespoon green chilli sauce, 
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil, 
  • salt..


To prepared a fried rice, firstly add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon oil to rice and boil. Drain the water from boiled rice and cool it on a plate at room temperature. 
Then heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil on a medium flame. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till light brown. You can add some green chilies as per requirements, Add all the vegetables chopped spring onions, capsicums. 
Cook this mix of veggies and spices for some time by continuously stirring. Keep the sauteed vegetables aside.
Take another pan and heat 1 tablespoon of oil on a medium flame. Add boiled rice and stir fry for 3 mins on medium flame. Now add all the sauteed vegetables in the pan and mix them well. 
Add soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, black pepper powder, salt and mix well. Keep stirring on medium flame till all the sauces dry. Turn off the heat. Our fried rice are ready, transfer fried rice in a serving bowl. 
Garnish it with some freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot and enjoy delicious homemade restaurant style fried rice...
