Schezwan noodles without vegetables




Ingredients

  • 200 grams noodles, 
  • 3 tablespoons schezwan sauce, 
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder, 
  • vineger, 
  • 1 pinch taste maker, 
  • 3 chopped green chillies(optional)
  • Oil, 
  • Salt..




To prepared a Schezwan noodles without vegetables, In a container add water, pinch of salt, turmeric powder and 1 teaspoon oil.
Boiled the water and cook the noodles for 5 minutes, then drain out the water and leave it for 5 minutes at room temperature. 
Heat a pan add 1/2 teaspoon oil, schezwan sauce, noodles, salt, green chillies, vinegar and taste maker then mixed it well for 2 minutes, our schezwan noodles without vegetables are ready to serve, Enjoy it...
