Homemade And Easy Coriander Rice
Coriander rice
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Oil,
- coriander paste 1 regular bowl,
- green chilly ginger garlic paste 1 small bowl,
- tomato onion paste 1 regular bowl,
- 4-5 bay leaf,
- clove and black pepper 4-5,
- curd 1 small bowl,
- biryani masala 2 tablespoons,
- rice 2 regular bowl,
- salt,
- turmeric powder 1 pinch,
- butter or ghee as per requirements...
To prepared a coriander rice, heat a pressure cooker add a oil then put bay leaf clove black pepper, fry them then add chilly ginger garlic paste after that add tomato onion paste, turmeric powder biryani masala cook it well for 2 minutes.
after that add coriander paste and put the rice and fry it well then add water salt curd and butter or ghee, stir it well and close the lid of pressure cooker.
cook on medium flame and switch off the gas after 4 whistles, the coriander rice is ready to serve, enjoy the delicious coriander rice..
