Restaurant Style Homemade Boiled Egg Curry
Egg Curry
Ingredients:
- 4 boiled and peeled Eggs,
- 2-3 tablespoons yogurt,
- 2 tablespoons oil,
- 2 teaspoons ginger garlic Paste,
- 1 tablespoon chopped Cilantro,
- 1/2 Cup chopped Tomatoes,
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilly Powder,
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder,
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds,
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric,
- 1/2 Cup chopped Red Onion,
- 1-2 chopped Green chilly,
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper,
- Salt..
To prepared a egg curry, heat oil in a pan, add onion and cumin seeds then fry until 5 minutes. Now add ginger garlic paste and green chilies. Fry for 2 minutes.
Then add turmeric and red chilly powder and fry for a minute. Now add tomato, coriander powder and salt. Fry until oil separates. Remove pan from heat and let the mixture cool for some time.
Now add 1 tablespoon yogurt at a time and mix after each addition until all yogurt is mixed. Turn on heat and cook for 2 minutes continuously stirring the mixture.
If gravy looks very thick, add water to adjust consistency and cook 2 minute more. Turn off the heat, and cut the egg into half then add eggs to the gravy. Garnish with coriander leaves, our delicious egg curry are ready to serve, enjoy it...
