Mexican molletes





Ingredients



  • 4 bolillo rolls, sliced in half lengthwise, 
  • 3 tablespoons butter, 
  • 1 can refried beans, 
  • 2 cups melty cheese shredded or mozzarella cheese, 
  • mexican salsa or pico de gallo, for topping..




For a Mexican molletes, Preheat oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Place sliced rolls flat-side up on baking sheet. 
Spread refried beans evenly on the flat sides. Sprinkle about 1/2 cheese on a beans. 
Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted, bubbly and starting to brown and the bread is crispy. 
Top molletes with Mexican salsa or pico de gallon, our Mexican molletes is ready, serve hot and enjoy it...
