Easy To Make Homemade Schezwan Sauce


Schezwan sauce





Ingredients: 



  • 2-3 tablespoons Sesame oil, 
  • 3-4 Whole red peppers, 
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped Onions, 
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, 
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder, 
  • 2 tablespoons Corn flour mixed in a cup of water, 
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar, 
  • 2 teaspoon Soya sauce, 
  • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce, 
  • Salt..



To prepared a schezwan sauce, firstly grind together the onions, garlic and ginger. Heat the oil in a wok add the whole red peppers and saute over high heat till they dark. 


after that Add the onions, garlic and ginger and stir-fry over high heat till glossy. Then add the corn flour mixture and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and add the chilli powder, vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce and salt and mix well. And cook till well blended for 3-4 minutes.

then turn off heat our schezwan sauce are ready, enjoy with your favourite snacks...
