Easy Homemade Pineapple Cake Using Oven


Pineapple cake





Ingredients



  • 2 cups all-purpose flour, 
  • 2 cups white sugar, 
  • 2 eggs, 
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda, 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice, 
  • 1/2 cup butter, 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract..




To prepared a pineapple cake, Preheat oven to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F). Grease a 9x13 baking tins. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar and baking soda. 
Make a well in the center and add the eggs, vanilla and crushed pineapple with juice. Mix well to blend, then pour the mixture into tins. Bake in the centre of the oven for 25-30 mins until a skewer inserted into the middle of each cake comes out clean. 
After 10 mins remove the cakes from their tins and leave to cool on a wire rack. Pineapple Cake are ready to eat and enjoy the pineapple flavor and there sweetness...
