Restaurant Style Homemade Tasty Vegetarian Soya Noodles
Veg soya noodles
Ingredients:
- 300 grams hakka noodles,
- 1 medium bowl chopped long size capsicum,
- 1 medium bowl chopped long size cabbage,
- 1/2 medium bowl fine chopped green onion, 1 small bowl chopped carrot,
- 1 small bowl green chilli ginger garlic paste,
- 2 tablespoons red chilli sauce,
- 3-4 tablespoons soya sauce,
- 3-4 drops vinegar,
- 1 pinch taste maker,
- 2 tablespoons oil,
- salt to taste..
To prepared a veg soya noodles, firstly boil the noodles for 5 minutes, strained them and Cool it for at room temperature.
Heat a pan then add a oil then green chilli ginger garlic paste, capsicum, carrot, cabbage and green onion, saute them well.
After that add red chilli sauce, soya sauce, vineger, pinch of taste maker, boil noodles and salt as per requirement mix it well.
Then keep it for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Our veg soya noodles are ready to eat, serve with schezwan sauce and enjoy it...
